Scope of Services: Competition / Concept Design

United Colours of Benetton is a big supporter of architectural design. Every year they have an open ideas competition to design their flag ship store. Our approach was to design a sustainable building that is based on the principles of open courtyards, breathable facades, green roofs and clever positioning of the building within its environmental context to minimise the heat gain inside the building.
