Scope of Services: Concept Master Plan

Capital Governance invited Salloum and Salloum to develop a master plan for Block 338 in Adliya. Salloum and Salloum responded by developing a master plan based on bottom-up processes of regeneration to address the current issues within the area. MAS over some time observed and mapped the uses, traffic flow, pedestrian flow, land use, signage, waste disposal, congestion issues, landscape, public spaces, management and well being. Our proposal responded by mapping out a clear strategy for the short and long-term wellbeing of the area. We understand that our master plan has been well received and government is currently looking how to best adopt this strategy.
