Salloum and Salloum were appointed to design a mixed use social housing development with a BUA of 126,000 sqm consisting of varying types of residential units, play ground, green spaces and commercial and retail units. The development adopted the latest use of sustainable techniques in order to conserve and generate clean sustainable energy.
